    The 3 roller gives more contact (crush time) than the 2 roller so....this will be my choice. Now, another interesting point to consider other than the gap size, is the consistency of the crush. I would believe the 3rd roller addition will catch and crush any grain that may have sneaked through the first 2 rollers.
